Comics Reviews
And another big thank you goes out to Kevin Bramer at Optical Sloth. Kevin’s comics blog features dozens of reviews, including a few of comics by yours truly. Check out Optical Sloth for reviews of Maps, Cities, Cassetty, and The Flaming Skull of Death.
Distro Update
There have been some changes to the RoosterCow Store and Zine/Comic Distro. To learn more about that, please read this blog post.
2025 Publications
In case you missed it in 2025, there were four titles published under the RoosterCow banner. First up was Gray Flag #5, the final issue in this series of writing and drawings I did while a student at Columbia College in the early 1990s.
And there was issue number 5 of Used Records & Tapes as well. If you don’t know, this review zine features a variety of writers, artists, and musicians musing about their favorite albums.
Also, Woodrow Comics #2, came out last year. This comics/zine hybrid explores the exploits of the most notorious and prolific punk bands in history.
And finally, the second issue in the Ridiculous Fiction series, Dinky Does His Laundry, hit the racks. This lit zine features stories of silliness and absurdity I wrote in the late ’80s and early ’90s.

My Job History
If you’d care to learn about the many menial jobs I’ve had over the years, check out The History of Jobs Part 1-3. This series was originally published in the Reglar Wigar zine. Unfortunately, I have not been able to write a happy ending to it yet.
